1.1 Missing Broken Thread / Naps _ Fabric Quality Standards

✅ Target:

  • Clean edges with no loose, missing, or broken threads.
  • No loose threads on embroidery.
  • Fabric must be soft, durable, breathable, evenly woven, and colorfast.
  • No missing threads, naps, or breaks.
  • Product must match the shoot images and content exactly.

❌ Unacceptable:

  • Any fabric-related issue identified during QC will result in rejection.

1.2 Wrong Fabric Type _ Fabric Quality Standards

✅ Target:

  • The fabric must match the description and specifications (e.g., Chiffon, Silk, etc.).
  • Example: If the product is described as Chiffon, the actual fabric should also be Chiffon.

  • Fabric is different from what was advertised or ordered.

  • Fabric must be free from any strong chemical or unpleasant odors.

✅ Acceptable:

Mild manufacturing or packaging smell (e.g., new fabric or slight chemical scent that fades after airing).

❌ Unacceptable:

  • Strong, unpleasant, or foul odors (e.g., mold, mildew, rotten, or chemical smells indicating poor storage or contamination).
  • Action: Block and return impacted SKUs.
