Portfolio Management
Collections or products/variants published on the Brands website must be posted on LAAM.
Any product/variant in stock on the brand website should be available on LAAM.
Retail Prices on both sites should be the same.
The discount factor on LAAM should be higher or at least the same as the brand website.
Any Celeb / High-End influencer image posted by the brand on their social media or website should be updated on the product page at LAAM.
Green Stock Management
Dark Green and Light Green products/variants must always be available on LAAM. Stock planning should be in a way that they must be NOOS (Never out of stock).
Design Calendar
All upcoming collections calendars must be updated at LAAM’s end for at least the next three months, and collection launch on the LAAM website must be at the same time or earlier at the LAAM website.
Product Block Management
On MTO Model, if any brand is on a delay block, collaborate with the brand and ensure resolution asap. Any discrepancy at the LAAM warehouse end must be reported within 24 hours.
For NPS Block, submit feedback to NPS Team within 48 hours.
