Authorized Sellers - Dispute Resolution Timelines
Authorized Sellers are entitled to raise disputes within a specific timeframe. This timeframe is set at six months from the close of the ledger period encompassing the specific transaction in question.
To provide a clear example, if there is a transaction listed in the ledger for the first half of June, our Authorized Sellers have until December 15th of the same year to file a dispute regarding that particular transaction.
Moreover, Authorized Sellers can raise disputes by submitting the designated form available on the seller app. Help Center
