To verify whether the payment for a particular order has been reflected in your ledger, kindly follow the steps below.
Log in to the Seller App and go to the Order Management tab. Here, you can review the order details and check the status—whether the order has been shipped, delivered, or is still in process.
To verify payment, proceed to the Ledger tab. Open the relevant ledger based on the timeline corresponding to the order date.
Within the selected ledger, locate the "Transactions" option at the top-right corner. Click on it to download the export file. This file includes complete payment details, including the order number and confirmation of whether the payment has been made.
