How to check review funnel and edit rejected products?

To manage and monitor the status of your product listings, you can utilize the Review Funnel feature available within the Product Management tab.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Accessing the Review Funnel

Navigate to the Product Management tab. Under this section, you will find the Review Funnel sub-tab.

Step 2: Overview of the Pending Section

This section displays all the products that you have recently uploaded and are currently under review by our team. These products are not live yet and will only be published upon approval.

Step 3:  Overview of the Approved Section Here, you can view all the products that have been approved by our team. Please note that you will not be able to open or edit products directly from this section. To view or update an approved product, go back to the Product Management tab.

Each Resubmission Resets Review Cycle: Once a rejected product is edited and resubmitted, it enters the Pending queue again and must pass a fresh round of review

Step 4: Overview of the Rejected Section

In this section, you will find products that have been rejected by our team. Each rejected product will include a specific reason for rejection. You can click to open the product, make the necessary changes, and resubmit it. Once resubmitted, the product will return to the Pending section for review. Upon approval, it will go live on the platform.

Important Notes:

  • Approval Timeline: Product approval typically takes 24–48 business hours. Delays may occur during high-volume periods.
  • No Direct Edits in Approved Section: You cannot edit products from the Approved section. To update an approved listing, navigate back to the Product Management tab.
