Once any product or vendor went on NPS blocking seller got intimation through emails about the blocking. Now the next step will be how to unblock and where you can track the negative rating or issues highlighted by customers. So here we are with the guidelines which can help you to get unblocked.
To get unblocked at LAAM, follow these three steps:
Login to Seller App → Go to Products → Tags → Blocked
Go to Dashboard> View details> Filter last 30 days> check issues with products having rating 1 or 2 and any negative comment
Here are some issues which are highlighted by customers.
Issues | Description |
Color difference | Outfit color is different from what's mentioned in the description or visible on the website. |
Size chart Issue | Size chart is different from what’s mentioned vs what’s delivered |
Different to picture | Outfit is different from what's visible on the website vs what’s delivered, there could be color, design or size issues. |
Damaged product | Delivered outfit was damaged and handed over without Internal QC |
Fabric quality | Fabric Quality is low from what’s mentioned on the website |
Insufficient merchandise / Fabric | Unstitched Fabric is not delivered as per the standard measurements. Or in case of stitches there is no seam allowance for minor alterations. |
Stitching quality | Quality of stitching is very low and stitching are getting open due to loose loops |
Go to Sellers App → click forms → click Help center form and start filling out the details. Add your brand name, registered email, Type of ticket should be ‘Request’ Domain will be ‘NPS Unblocking Appeal’
In the end submit your request, you will be received a ticket ID once request will be submitted and appeal will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Following this, our team will unblock the products after review.
