How to Submit a Pickup Request?

To hand over your inventory to LAAM, navigate to the Logistics tab in the Seller App. Within this section, you will find various options for inventory handover, including: Request for Pickup (RFP), Vendor Shipment to LAAM (VSL) & Self-Delivery.

RFP service coverage area:

If you are based in Lahore, Faisalabad or specific areas of Karachi, please refer to the attached table to check if your area is eligible for pickup. If your location falls within the designated areas, you may proceed with a pickup request. Otherwise, please follow the VSL process. RFP Service GuidelinesRFP Service Guidelines

  1. Request for Pickup (RFP)

      2. If you are based in Lahore or Karachi, you have the option to request a pickup directly through the platform. At the top-right corner of the Logistics page, you will find the "Request for Pickup" button. To create a pickup request:

    1. Select "Request for Pickup."
    2. Enter the number of units under the "Quantity Request" section.
    3. Choose the warehouse from the dropdown menu.

Note: Request cutoff time for Lahore and Karachi is 10:00 AM. Any requests made after this time will be catered the next day.

Note: If you wish to cancel the request, you can do so as long as it remains in the "Created" status. To delete it:

  • Go to the Logistics tab.
  • Locate the relevant Request ID.
  • Click the cross (X) icon to remove the request.

Vendor Shipment to LAAM (VSL)

For vendors operating outside of Lahore or Karachi, you may choose to ship your inventory directly to the LAAM warehouse using the Vendor Shipment to LAAM (VSL) process available in your dashboard. At the top-right corner of the Logistics page, you will find the "Request for Pickup" button To create a pickup request:

  1. Select "Request for Pickup."
  2. Enter the number of units under the "Quantity Request" section.
  3. Warehouse Dropdown field (Select Warehouse).
  4. Shipment Contents- Dropdown menu to select shipment contents.
  5. Weight in kgs- Input field for entering the weight of the package.

3.Request for Self-Delivery

If you prefer to deliver your stock personally to the warehouse, select the "Request for Self Delivery" option. Here’s how:

  1. Select "Request for Self Delivery."
  2. Enter the number of items to be delivered.
