Overview

To improve Inventory visibility and transparency in inventory movement, LAAM has introduced a new “Logistics” tab in the Seller App. This tab helps sellers track their pickup requests, inventory shipments, and rider status in real-time.

đź“‚ Using Filters for Search

You can refine your search using:

  • Request Type
  • Request Status
  • Date Range

These filters make it easier to find specific shipments or requests.

How to Navigate your request?

  1. Go to the main menu on your Seller App.
  2. Click on the “Logistics” section.
  3. You’ll see a detailed overview of all your requests and shipment activity on the right side of the screen.

These filters make it easier to find specific shipments or requests.

Column
Description
Request ID
Auto-generated when you mark a shipment request. Use it to track your request.
Created At
Date and time when the request was submitted.
Received Items
Shows how many items were received at LAAM Warehouse.
Pickup State
Displays the real-time status of the rider.
Request Status
Final result of the request: Successful, Partially Successful, or Failed.
PO ID
Created after your inventory is received. This can be exported to reconcile SKUs.
Tracking ID
Applicable to VSL requests; shows courier tracking details.
Warehouse
Shows from which Brand warehouse received the inventory.
Pickup City
City from which where stock was picked up.
Airway Bill
The shipment tracking slip that brand can attach on carton on VSL request.
Shipment Service
The courier company name handling your VSL shipment.
Type
Indicates whether it’s an RFP (Rider For Pickup) or VSL (Vendor Self Logistics).

đźšš How to Track Rider Status

  1. Locate your shipment under the “Created At” column.
  2. Refer to the “Pickup State” column to check the rider’s status:
    • Rider Dispatched: The Rider is on the way to pick up the inventory.
    • Rider Returns to Base: The Rider picked the stock but hasn’t reached the warehouse yet.
    • Completed: Stock has successfully reached LAAM.
  3. Check the “Request Status” for overall shipment outcome:
    • Successful: All items picked up correctly.
    • Partially Successful: Only some items picked, or quantity mismatches.
    • Failed: Stock not ready or brand location closed during pickup.

Always pack your items according to LAAM’s packaging protocol to avoid rejection or Product Quality Inspection (PDI) issues. This improves the success rate and minimizes delays.
