Inventory Pickup Policy

Request for Pickup

A vendor must Request for Pickup (RFP) only if the parcel is ready and packaged according to LAAM’s protocols. The articles should be barcoded, and inlays must be properly attached. Products must not be packed in torn or ill-sized packaging.

To ensure same-day pickup, vendors must mark RFP before 10:00 AM. If the request is marked after 10:00 AM, the rider will come for pickup on the next working day.

📍 This facility is available for Lahore, Karachi, and Faisalabad brands only.

If there are three false pickup requests in a month, the vendor will be removed from the picking service and will have to send its shipments directly to the LAAM warehouse.

False RFP

If any of the SOPs are not followed, the rider will not pick up the parcel and will mark the request as 'FALSE'. Each false request will result in a penalty of 500/- deducted from the brand. (Deduction will be added in ledger under vendor adjustment)

Each package should have a separate unique Air bill for tracking if any stock will be dispatched with same air bill that could be misplace and LAAM will not be liable for that.

VSL (Vendor Shipmen to LAAM):

The second facility for stock pickup is VSL where brands send the shipments through LAAM Vendor has to mark shipment requests on the seller App. This facility is available for other than Lahore & Karachi vendors The products should be properly packed and barcoded according to LAAM SOPs. In case SOPs are not followed the stock will be returned to the brand.
