Once the brand meets the prerequisites, they can begin the onboarding journey with Octane. The onboarding process can vary depending on whether the brand is new to Octane or an existing brand.
For existing brands already working with Octane, needs to sign up a contract for octane onboarding.

1. DNS Creation | Fill out and submit a form for DNS creation | Use the Octane Store Creation Form link at the bottom of this page to complete the request. Octane Store creation request form |
2. Meta Access/ Pixel Integration | Grant Meta access and integrate the pixel for the website | The brand must provide Meta access and integrate the pixel on their website. A detailed guideline document is available in the integration section on the right.
Note: The brand's synchronization will not be completed without updating the IP address. |
3. Brand Page Creation | LAAM team creates the brand page through CMS | Once the page is created, it will be shared with the brand and another internal team for quality control (QC). |
4. Domain Rerouting | Reroute the brand's domain to Octane by entering the IP address | The brand needs to update their domain settings by entering the IP address for Octane. This step is crucial for rerouting the website to Octane. |
5. Website Optimization | Integrate the website and ensure it is live and fully optimized | After the IP address is entered, the website will be integrated and go live. Ensure the website is completely updated and free of errors. |
6. Ad Deployment | Submit an ad request for activation | Once the brand's website is live, submit the ad request to activate the ads. |
