Octane: Order Cancellation Guide

Please note:

LAAM now operates with 100% Xpress Shipping, which means sellers no longer need to cancel orders due to delivery issues—all orders are verified and accurate.

For Octane sellers, order cancellations can still be managed directly through the portal. However, Bank Deposit orders still require manual processing and customer confirmation, so they cannot be canceled directly through the app.

Step 1:

Go to sellers.laam.pk and login with your seller app credentials

Step 2:

📋 On the left-hand side menu, click on the "Orders" tab.

➡️ Click the arrow icon to expand the order you want to cancel.

Step 3:

❌ On the Order Details page, click the ‘Cancel Item’ button for the specific item you wish to cancel.

Step 4:

📝 A pop-up will appear asking for a reason for cancellation.

🧾 Please note: The customer will be able to see the reason you provide.

Important Notes About Cancellations:

✅ You can cancel an order if needed.

🚫 However, cancellations should be made only when absolutely necessary.
