Each Item should be proper packed in poly bag or Box where necessary.
Jewelry:
Use customized packaging (Preferably boxes) with foam inserts or velvet-lined boxes for delicate pieces to prevent scratches and or damage for each item.
Hand Bags:
Each handbag should be packaged in boxes for product security. Poly bags are not safe for storage or transit. Barcodes must be properly attached and scannable.
If your bags are larger than 12x15, be sure to pack each one in an appropriately sized box to protect them from damage during handling, movement, or shelving.
Hair Bands:
Each Hairband must beProperly packed in a transparent polybags with Barcode. If you’re offering pack of 2, Add 2 bands in one polybag and add the barcode on top of it.
Scarf:
Each Scarf Properly packed in transparent polybags and barcode should be pasted properly.
Wallet:
Each Wallet must be Properly packed in a box depending on the size and barcode should be pasted properly.
Caps:
Each Cap Properly packed in transparent polybags or box and barcode should be pasted properly.
Shawl / Dupatta:
Each Shawl Properly packed in transparent polybags.
Small Accessories (Pins, clips etc):
Properly packed in a transparent polybags with clear barcodes along with the details
⚠️ Secure Packaging:
All items must be securely packed to withstand transit movement. For fragile or delicate items—such as jewelry, pins, clips, and handbags—use bubble wrap to provide extra cushioning and prevent damage.
Handover Instruction:
Sort all stock by SKU/article and pack by assortment before handover.
Package all stock in cartons.
The brand will provide an inventory sheet with SKU-wise dispatch details.
Do not use the same tracking ID for multiple cartons when shipping through VSL.
For VSL facility shipments: Use flyers for stock weighing 2kg or less. For stock over 2kg, use cartons with proper packaging and barcodes.
Attach a unique airway bill to each carton.
Label each carton or flyer with its exact contents.
Wrap all cartons with stretch film to prevent courier damage.
Record the entire packing process on video and save it. This recording serves as packaging verification and helps resolve any future disputes in the VSL process.
