Steps to Add a Size Chart While Listing a Product

Step 1: Start Creating Your Product

While adding a new product in the Seller App, you’ll see the Size Chart option under Step 4 of the listing process. Begin by filling in the product details such as Variants, Category, and Price.

Step 2: Scroll to the 'Size Chart' Section

Continue scrolling until you reach the Size Chart field. This is where you can add or create your chart.

Step 3: Click 'Create New Size Chart'

You’ll have the option to either select an existing size chart or create a new one. Click on “Create New Size Chart” to proceed.

Step 4: Fill in Size Chart Details

Enter a unique name for your size chart—this makes it easier to identify later. Once named, fields for Category and Required Values will appear. Select the relevant titles or remove any that don’t apply.

Step 5: Add Variants and Values

Add the size variants you're offering for the product. These should align with the variants you've already added in the product details. Make sure the values (e.g., measurements) match your actual product specifications.

Step 6: Save and Complete Your Product Listing

Click Save to store your size chart. You can assign it to the current product and reuse it for others in the future. Complete the remaining product information and submit your listing. Your size chart is now attached and ready to help shoppers make confident purchases! ✅

Step-by-Step Guide For A Separate Size Chart

Step 1: Access the Size Chart Section

Navigate to the Product Management tab located in the left-hand panel of the Seller Portal.

Click on the “ADD Size Chart” button available at the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Add Product Title

  • Enter the Product Title.

Step 3: Select the Appropriate Category

  • From the dropdown, select the Category that matches your product type.

  • The system will automatically fetch a relevant default size chart based on the category selected.

Step 4: Enter Measurement Sizes

  • Add the Size Labels (e.g., Small, Medium, Large).
  • Make sure these match the size variants you have already selected for the product. Consistency here is essential.

Important Notes:

  • The number of size options in the chart should exactly match the size variants in your listing.
  • Mismatched or incomplete size charts may result in product rejections or delays in approval.

Step 5: Input Corresponding Measurement Values

  • Enter the detailed measurements (e.g., chest, waist, shoulder, length, etc.) for each size.
  • Accurate measurements help customers select the best fit and reduce chances of returns.

Final Step: Save the Chart

Once all fields are completed, click Create. Your size chart is now successfully created and will be attached to your product listing.
