At LAAM, quality isn't just a standard—it’s a promise. To enhance the customer experience and help sellers meet premium benchmarks, we’ve set strict product quality guidelines. These standards are built on real customer feedback and common quality concerns, ensuring consistency, reducing complaints, and strengthening trust in our marketplace.

Moving forward, LAAM will enforce 100% Quality Control (QC) during inbound processing. Any stock failing to meet our standards will be rejected and returned to the seller. Additionally, all stitched products must include a brand tag to maintain authenticity and uniformity.
