Another option available for sending your stock directly to the LAAM warehouse is by selecting the "Create Shipment" option. However, in this option, you will see the "Self Delivery" option.

  • When you click on "Self Delivery," a window will appear displaying various fields such as No of units you are delivering to LAAM Warehouse.

Please note, it's mandatory to create the shipment if you're sending the inventory on your own. Failure to do so will result in LAAM not accepting your stock. This process acts as a tracking mechanism for us, indicating your intention to send your shipment. This service is available only for brands based in Lahore and Karachi.

Cutoff Time

If you mark "self delivery" before 12:00 pm, you can send your own rider or use any courier service to LWH before 4:00 pm on the same day. If you mark it after 12:00 pm, you must send your brand rider to LWH the next day by 4:00 pm.

Inventory Sheet

If you're sending more than 5 units at once, it's mandatory for you to create an inventory sheet. This Excel sheet should include the product title, SKUs of each variant, and the quantity being dispatched.

Here are some important pointers to consider:

1. Ensure that the inventory sheet is not handwritten, as we cannot accept handwritten sheets due to potential errors or mis-typing.

2. Follow all packaging rules carefully to avoid problems later.

3. Avoid submitting false requests, as they can affect your delivery timelines and result in fines.
