Tracking Canceled & Refunded Orders

If a product is refunded/canceled/ returned, it starts to appear in your order Tab of your Portal with a tag as follows:

Once you Identify a return you can check the status of your parcel in the return from the order details highlighted as “current status”

You can study the cases as follows:

  • The highlighted part shows the status of your parcel at the time of cancellation. In this case the article in the LAAM warehouse at the time of Cancellation which means it was never dispatched and should be available in Inventory to take new orders. ( or can already be allocated to a new order)

The highlighted part shows the status of your parcel at the time of cancellation. In this case the parcel never reached the warehouse and got canceled before the delivery date. In such cases you cannot claim a parcel against this order. If you have the parcel delivered anyway it will be in the LAAM warehouse until allocated to a new order.

The highlighted part shows the status of your parcel at the time of cancellation.

In this case the order was dispatched and got refunded. The order currently in transit to be reached back to our warehouse to be a part of your inventory again. If you want it back to your warehouse, you can generate a request after they start reflecting in the warehouse inventory.

In this case the order is canceled right after it was placed which means the order has never gone out of the warehouse. If you have dispatched the parcel against the order it will sit in the inventory until it gets allocated to another order.
